04/26/06	Dr. Ann de Peyster has been selected as the 2006-2007 recipient of the Alumni Award for Outstanding Faculty Contributions to San Diego State University.
03/03/06	In mid-February, SLHS was given approval to change the undergraduate and graduate degrees from BA and MA in Communicative Disorders to BA and MA in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. This is an historic change and the first for the CSU as other State programs are still characterized as Communicative Disorders. It will be in effect for students graduating in December, 2006.
