The CHHS Help Desk supports CHHS faculty and staff in the use of various technologies. Requests for smart classroom assistance, desktop and laptop computer help, software upgrades, web page change requests, etc., should be sent to the Help Desk.

Emailing your routine support request will automatically generate a support ticket in our CHHS help desk software application.
When calling for urgent support, your call will be directed to the technology support staff assigned to your school. If he/she is unavailable you will be connected to the first available dean’s office technology support staff member.
Our Help Desk hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. For after hours urgent smart classroom support, contact Instructional Technology Services (ITS) at x4-6435.
