Meet SDSU’s College of Health and Human Services undergraduate and graduate students who earned the title of Outstanding Graduating Student from the class 2024. Each student was selected by their school or program based on their academic achievements.
Elia Delphi, College of Health, and Human Services
Elia Delphi, the College of Health and Human Services 2024 Outstanding Graduating Student (OGS) will graduate summa cum laude from the School of Social Work with a triple major in social work, sociology and history.
“I knew at age 16 that I wanted to work in mental health and a researcher,” Delphi said, “After I graduate, I aim to become a therapist, with a focus on autistic and LGBTQ+ youth—and pursue my PhD.”
Delphi will speak at this year’s commencement ceremony and named Jennifer Cosio, a lecturer in social work as their most influential faculty member.
